SIC Kartworld Located on the grounds of the Shanghai International F1 Circuit, SIC Kartworld hosts a comprehensive motorsport facility centered around an international grade 1.23km karting track which is possibly the preeminent track in the country.
THE FACILITY
The SIC Kartworld facility houses several faculties which provide a range of services to its customers.
World class track: SIC Kartworld track has 3 different circuit configurations, with the longest configuration being the 1.234km circuit. With a clockwise orientation, track width of 8-12m, 18 corners of varying speeds and safety features that meet international safety homologation requirements, the SIC Kartworld is proud to establish itself as one of the most challenging karting circuits in Asia Pacific.
AMB timing system: On the track, a state-of the art timing system is employed by SIC Kartworld to ensure accurate and timely live feeds on all drivers’ statistics such as laps, average speed and best overall time.
Built-up areas: SIC Kartworld is well equipped to handle many activities in-house. The facility was developed to be able to support regional and world class events similar to the Formula 1 circuit beside it. The various buildings on the premises house the marketing and administrative staff, the service workshops, vehicle storage areas, a pro- shop, a rooftop terrace for events, dressing rooms , briefing rooms, a race control center as well as two corporate lounges for drivers to rest and socialize in.
